yeah, i always feel something different in her face but I didn't know about teeth surgery. For me, she has perfect lips, a perfect face also. And that, I'm pretty sure it's totally natural!
About her teeth operation, I don't think it's vanity. Kate doesn't need vanity, she's a natural beauty.
