I love playing this game by putting the volume on the ds on mute and then listening to my ipod so its like she's dancing to the music and singing it (a girl song of course). Seriously the mouth movement goes really well with lots of my songs. It even stops when the singer stops singing (like a pause in the song) and kirarin dances to the beat perfectly

I'm buying this game to help me practice reading Japanese, if I can find a decently priced copy of it on e-bay. It looks very fun and cute! the review I read said it uses hiragana, katakana and simple kanji for the most part, (fingers crossed it's mostly hiragana) so I think I should be okay. I can read and write hiragana and katakana and as for the Kanji, well, I'm learning them slowly but surely so if they are beginner (I'm sure this game is for younger kids) level I should be fine! ^_^
