  • Yes, it would have been more helpful if you actually showed how you removed the microwave. I believe removing is as important as installing.

  • @rizvif The problem is, that varies by the type of microwave you had installed previously and how it was installed. The combinations are limitless.

  • @HighT3chDad I do agree with you however is that people do not need to be so negative. I believe your intention is good :-). But thanks for the quick reply.

The reason I was looking was because I want to install my own. You don't happen to be in Houston TX do you?? You could just come and do mine as well :-)

  • @rizvif No problem. Unfortunately I'm on the West Coast (and by far, not an expert at installations). Be sure to have someone help you because microwaves are heavy and awkward. And it helps having 2 brains work on the problems ;)

  • Frankly I'm really loving all of the negative comments on this, but I must say that you should really try to be a bit more constructive if you are going to provide criticism. What did you want to see? What did you expect? Remember, I'm not a Bob Villa and was limited to just a few minutes. The install took a few hours!

  • Thanks for nothing . you skipped the removing the old microwave part

  • @kunglao66 I would read my blog for some info on how to remove. It depends on what manufacturer the old microwave was and how the installer did it.

  • @rizvif

I am absolutely agree with you.

  • great Video! Sorry for your thumb!

  • thanks for posting the vid

  • O.K. Will dig deeper!

  • The video skipped all the good/ important parts. =/

  • This is a 20 minute install at the most.

  • Should have shown more of actual removal and install. Otherwise rest of video was good. Unfortunately the parts you left out are the whole reason for the video. Not well thought out.

  • Thanks, you gave me the basic idea. For netative comments, they can pay someone to have it install.

  • To the people making all the stupid comments. If you need to see more info than what is shown you really have no business trying it yourself. Get someone to install it for you. Some people should not pick up a screw driver much less a power tool.
