Orange had position in the turn, ahead of the second-place car, before contact was made, which can be seen in-cockpit: there's no such thing as "blocking" in a corner. Frustration is, of course, your own fault.

Orange didn't lose control, he moved in front to block, but ran into red. Was Orange's fault

nobodys fault, the orange car lost control and ended up infront of the 13, just a race incident
