Foxfield Railway Summer Steam Gala 2010 - Part 1

Curiously this was my first visit to the Foxfield Railway on Sunday July 18th.2010. The video includes some brief shots at Caverswall Road prior to the nitty gritty of little engines working hard up the 1 in 19 of Foxfield Bank from the colliery. I left feeling suitably impressed and looking forward to the gala in October. Thanks to all the team at the Foxfield for putting on such a great show.

Thanks Mike, it is brilliant to see and hear them working up that incline. I'll definitely be back in October. From what I have read they are trying to plan something slightly different into the mix.
