@schniffu Thanks. I knew a girl who liked cows, and then I found that there are even picture calendars of cows, so cows are a popular, inoffensive subject, as well as being implied by the lyrics.

@SonicFish51 I'm glad this video is appreciated. At 14+ minutes, with images changing every several seconds, it should not be surprising that it took me quite a while to complete it!

@ladygaata I think it's supposed to make you moo instead of fly. But seriously, I love the intro on this: it has a really warm feeling, maybe because they keep piling one instrument atop another, or maybe because of the rockish bass chords. And the horn melody has a really smooth, mellow sound, better than the original, probably because two horns are playing in unison instead of a single horn. Thanks for the comment.
