Everyday I see people doing hours of cardio. Unless you are a professional athlete, that shit is totally uncalled for. I do less cardio that most people and I'm 4% body fat! Genetics and an extreme nutrition plan have alot to do with it, but the main reason I maintain such a low body fat it because I do only 10 minutes of cardio per day!!!!   • This is the second time I have heard about high intensity training being a lot more efficient at losing fat etc

    I'd rather be fast, than be able to run far anyway

  • @samuraihye4 Yep, that's how fast I lose weight. I really can't believe that in 2 weeks I loss a lot of fats. I am so glad I followed the method in the site WeightLossAction.Info .

  • @sexyAljoscha I'm not a personal trainer or anything but I have been working out a while and usually after you do some hardcore weightlifting or cardio you want to replenish your body with nutrients. I usually take a whey protein shake because it has vitamins and shit as well as a ton of protein with almost no fat or carbs in it.

    tl;dr take it right after. But don't take anything fattening! Look at the nutrition facts on your protein bars before you eat them!!
