Left 4 Dead 2 - Flaming witch confuses bots

So while playing in single player one day, I noted that the bots decided not to help me when I attacked and (Failed) to crown a witch. I had incendiary ammunition, no idea if that affected it at all. Regardless, the bots refused to finish off the witch, instead opting out to save my hide repeatedly until I died from the witch continuing to attack. BOT A.I. IS JUST FREAKING FANTABULOUS.

New info reveals that this is a glitch (Fix'd) that causes the witch to become invisible when shot with incendiary ammo. The bots ignore her because they think she is dead. Not fun!
