  • So im trying to gain some muscle, but find it hard to find the right information on Internet. Im eating clean Carbs and 3 big meals a day (trying to get above 2500 cals)cant take more because of my work. I got a 3 day split workout with minimum Cardio. Could you please verify if im doing it right? :)
