i dont get at all :/ When i concentrate to my finger, i can see the third image, but when i dont have my finger in front of my eyes, i cant do anything. :/ Where should i concentrate if i dont have my finger? I tried to concentrate in my nose, and its the same as my finger, i see the third image, but not so good.. is almost like that the image is 100 metres from me :P. What should i do? Sorry for bad english, I am greek :D

Cross your eyes and move your head forward and bckwads slowly

if you see third picture, jsut slowly adjust, then voila!!
