when i scan it, it says something about my ship not powered enough or something like that. How do I come across this?

How do you call the shiop?? I´ve already disarm the satellites and everything but when I go into the green visor then nothing happens...

WHAT!? How was I supposed to know to call my ship? Grrr these games are so vague. I kept trying to figure out what to do. THat's easy. Haven't played in a year. I don't even know how to scan anymore and I can't even figure THAT out. Buttt FYI The bad guys at the satellite respawn indefinitely so there's no use killing them off. There's always 2 at a time. The same way you do with your arm cannon missiles. Missile Expansions, but for your gunship they're called Ship Missile Expansions.

No that was a surgicla missile strike. It was designated against the two recievers. Carpet bombing is used to blanket an area with destruction it is used against an area, not any specific target.
