I had this operation done and it did not help as much as the doctor said it would....
It's been 5 months since the operation and I'm getting infections that are worse than before....
Really pissed off and in avlot of pain...
It works for some but didn't for me

I must say, for all the research I am doing on Balloon Sinuplasty I am finding little or no negative stuff. I am hoping I am a candidate cuz it really seems great. YEAH!

As a child of the 80's I was a guinea pig for these treatments. My take on it: The 'balloon treatments' were scary, painful, bloody and the long term effects- Not good. I have constant and reoccurring bouts with lacrimal stones. Yes, I have stones in my eyes, my eyes are constantly running. They are so bad that I may have to have surgery to remove my lacrimal sacs, since my stones have been removed, yet they keep coming back. My opti-doc says they are most likely due to my balloon treatments.

'been watching all these videos but no one seems to be saying if it WORKS or not. sounds like an option but also sounds gross!. an y news about long term effectiveness? recovery time? etc.
