I have some true comments.

episode 1: They say that they aren't in love but an angry stare may say otherwise.

episode 4: Ranma did not need to mention her panties.

episode 6: It's not realy nice to flirt at someone just to be kidding.

episode 9: It's the 1st time that Akane thanked Ranma for compliment which is cool.

episode 21: That should've been in the REAL top 10.
