@Kenneth1944 naturally you have to specify because the islands numbers change depending on the tide... X)
there are some islands that get submerged during high tide (naturally, there aren't inhabitants)

I think one of the reasons why Philippines rarely get the crown for the past few years and just end up as runner-ups is due to so much PRIDE. If you are not so fluent in English, which is understandable because its a second language, then get an interpreter! If its within a local pageant, then answer in TAGALOG! It frees you from the trouble of finding the right words to express yourself in a more coherent manner. Just a mere suggestion...
