Squirell1 you are wrong about Julie and Chris not meeting, he made Pink Panther with her husband Blake edwards in 1975 and they all stayed in Morrocco I am sure they met before that as well although not frequently as he lived in Europe, but he did make some films in hollywood during that time, and I'm sure they kept in touch.

After they made The Sound Of MUCUS in 1965, Plummer and Andrews did not meet each other - even socially - until 2000 when the met up profesionally to do a live TV drama - a remake of the Hepburn/Fonda movie. Nobody believes me when I tell them this! I think it was called On Garden Pond, or something.
