@aliastheabnormal Gihren blew money on a lot of research projects, most of them didn't go anywhere. The asteroid used for the research of that particular project was abandoned and drifted, there were a lot of abandoned and destroyed bases floating around in space. It's a miracles that the monkeys and suits were still there though and I agree it seems peposterous, but it's a series about giant fighting mechs so there's no room for complaining.

@crosswire40 Still dosen't stop it from being dumb and making it look like Gihren's R&D team used space acid when coming up with weapons. And where the hell did Zeon hide that place to the point that 50 years later the jovians could just stumble into the thing with no previous notice. Its as bad as the Crossbone Ghost gundam. Does Zeon have the magic of different dimension dragon or something?

@aliastheabnormal I know about that, it was in Crossbone Gundam. Those Newtype Monkeys and Modified Zakus were left over from the OYW.

@crosswire40 Did you forget about (And i swear this REALLY happened) Crossbone Gundam's Newtype Zeon chimpanzees. Complete with Zaku's with a monkey motif.

@aliastheabnormal With the Destruction of Mars Zeon and the displacement of the Zeons in the Zebra zone there weren't any "true" Zeons left. If anything Zanscare and the Jovians are the nearest thing too zeon since they adopted Colonism policys.

In a straight forward fight and taking that Zeon hasn't made anything new in the past 20-40 years (From F90 On wards), I'd have to go with the Jovians. Hell, the Crossbone Vanguard could win. I like Zeon, but there dead and buried by the UC 100's

@TOLLMASTER And even with Uncorn Zeon dosen't stop. The only reason that Zeon dosen't do much past F90 and Shllouette is because the Jovian empire and its Zanscare, and original Vanguard mooks are WORSE.

Now that i think about it, who would win a fight, Zeon or the Jovians? I'm rooting for Zeon!

I've read the Crossbone Manga and Skull Heart completely and I'm currently on Steel Seven and I wish they animated the Crossbone Gundams.
