I hate how everyone must draw conclusions and analyze every single band these guys (or anyone for that matter) may have drawn inspiration from, sound similar to, etc. If anyone has listened to a good amount of music as they grew up, of course you will be able to point out obvious inspirations.

At this day and age, sounding 100% original is pretty difficult unless you plan on writing some very strange music. Not saying it hasn't been done, but regardless...
