This is an example of what might be called a "visual niggun." Whereas a niggun is a melody without words, a visual niggun are visuals without specific images. The images are engaging enough that one can watch them and let their minds or spirits wander, and simple enough that one can close their eyes without fear of missing something.
This visual niggun was created for the HUC (LA) Spirituality Retreat Kabbalat Shabbat service on Friday, October 16th, 2009. However, the audio for this clip actually comes from Rabbi Levy Kelman's spirituality class at HUC Jerusalem in 2004.
