Raw Egg Breakfast 『卵掛けご飯』

This is a favorite of Yuuki's father for breakfast. In Japanese it's called Tamago (egg) kake (put on) gohan (rice). I actually enjoy it depending on my mood.

i heard that japan's eggs are very fresh and clean so its safe to eat it this way =] i loved it when i went to tokyo to try it out! and i mixed it with some pork in the rice..yumm

@bebemello i don't know if that's true... thought the yolks seem like they're a deeper shade of yellow and thicker consistency

I add natto and garlic, remove half of the egg white, mix it with kimchi and I'm in stinky heaven.
