@ukraine6 Because if one of the party´s characters is at level 99 this form of sephiroth gets a stat boost. If all 3 are lvl 99, then he becomes way more powerfull than normal. If you use knights of the round on the jenova boss, it will raise his hp by 8000 I think. It´s been a while XD
