you download cydia you have to do a process called jailbreaking you ipod touch or iphone to get cydia or 2 other things called installer or icy with are just like cydia now you may be wondering how to jailbreak it welll there are many videos on youtube telling you how to do that a reconmend one of tysiphonehelp videos on how to do it

well if theres no picture than try taking all wallpaper or video wallpaper off or any background off than restart your ipod or iphone than try it again. remember no wallpaper or any background of any kind all off.. thanks =p
