Roger (the guy reading in front of the 'Judge') reading a case law from 'the times news paper vs. the attorney general', it is a matter of Law, that All Judges Must have an Oath , & produce evidence of this when requested. He then asks the 'Judge' for his Oath. 3 times. the 'Judge' attempts to dodge the question. So it is reasonable to assume that he will not produce this Oath. he (the 'Judge') is now guilty of a number of offences. including : Fraud, Impersonating a public official.

@ dave 240, the guy to the far right is a court official of some kind, what is happening in tis vid is roger reads out the information/authority that he has to demand the judges oath, the so called judge does not give his oath, he is therefore guilty of several crimes immediately for not doing so,he is certainly arrestable. When the arrest call was made the judge was arrested by the laying on of a hand and the statement you are under arrest . The judge is now a fugitive having escaped arrest
