yes ..its allegedly at the hawaii DOH ...however ,the director of same has refused an inspection of the original by a team of typography experts and cr taitz DESPITE being presented with a subpoena ...the excuse offered by the DOH ? the original is considered "Private "and to see it would invade obama's personal "privacy " ...thats right folks ,the VERY SAME one that the WH released to the entire world last april in a PDF image ...cannot be viewed in its original paper form ..why is that ,hmmm ?

The Hawaii Dept of Health made it clear to Orly Taitz back in July, after her first bogus subpoena, that she does not have a direct or tangible interest in the vital records she is seeking from them.

Read: HRS §338-18

Learn to educate yourself and then perhaps you'll "get it".

Of course there is a paper long form bc in Hawaii. We already knew that from Dr Fukino's statements in Oct 2008 and again in July 2009.

You have this totally wrong. The "subpoena" that Taitz had 'served' was not a legal subpoena in the first place. She also did not serve it properly. The Court date in Sept is to determine whether a court order should be issued. It is not for the Hawaii Dept of Health to defend itself. It will be dismissed.
