Listen to the Bassline in the Background. It sounds a little bit like "SexyBack", doesn't it? It's probably just a Coincidence, but I think Timbaland and JT stole the bassline from this commercial and reused it in SexyBack. This Commercial came out in Feb. 2006, That song came out in July 2006...
