Chomsky is as phony as the proverbial $3 bill. He's a CIA operative whose main function is to get leftists to think in terms of abstract class conflict and stay clear of damning empirical evidence implicating the CIA and the power elites.

Another CIA operative is Julian Assange of the faked, "limited hangout" Wikileaks operation. Just as Chomsky may well have outed Tillman to his CIA bosses, the phony Assange appears to have outed a real leaker of U.S. war crimes, Bradley Manning.

Julian Assange is a bit of a strange cat, I don't know enough about him but he definitely could be a CIA spook. And one thing is definitely for sure, Wikileaks has not done as much as it could do to curb government secrecy. It is difficult to be sure, but I can't fully trust either of these two men.

Thoughtful analysis. I agree with your sentiments about Chomsky. I wouldn't trust hims as far as I could throw him, either. I agree - he could be the rat.

Shaking your faith in the media - by listening to you, I would have thought you'd already have that accomplished.

Red herring - I think the anti-war stuff is just that; I think the real concern was that Pat was coming home a 911 Truther. They couldn't allow that to happen. Anti-war they could live with; Truther, they could not.

I just finished reading "Noam Chomsky: Controlled Asset of the New World Order" by Daniel L. Abrahamson (the second link), and it was absolutely mind bending. It is a brilliant piece, and it just makes me understand Michel Foucault's expressions throughout the Chomsky vs. Foucault debate. I'm sure he was thinking: "Is this guy serious? He is either a complete idiot or a cunning agent for some nefarious plot. Either way, I will have fun with this pointless debate."

Noam Chomsky seems to be a double agent - coming off as a great thinker while at the same time , revealing that his positions are really more in alignment as a CIA opperative than any representitive of truth !

Not only does America commit global genocide but the government and news media are under political control, there is a part of the government that oversees all programming to safeguard against potential whistle blowers, and the entire media workforce wisely turns its head and pretends not to notice what is going on. Speaking out would only result in personal damage to oneself. Losing their careers, being forever regarded as a loon. There are plenty of examples of people that have tried it.
