Dear Gerry,
Our politicians are a real joke - they have absolutely no real contact with the
peoples feelings. Enda Kenny in particular seems entirely removed from reality at times.They play at politics constantly.
By the way just saw the little video you mentioned - those lads number - Nama Nama - you should get them to try it for the Eurovision . Very catchy,
Would do better than that muppet John Waters' last effort.

As regards the 3 political points you raise :
3 ,The Israeli behaviour towards the Palestinians mirrors in many ways the worst behaviour shown against the European Jews in the period 1935 - 45. Really sad - and tinged with bitter arrogance.
2. Imagine our politicians ever getting really excited / animated over anything.
1. All power to Brazil - hopefully it is a new found dynamic - born out of recent contact with India & China . Appreciate the time & effort. jb.

I have been busy working . You cover some very interesting issues.
Re ; the Banks' Balance sheets. I think as the primary source of funding for these Banks is now the people through the Government - they are already nationalised.
Unfortunately the control remains with the Banks. A real recipe for disaster.
2. Mc Williams is 100% correct. The system would simply take the hit & move on.

I saw Enda kenny in a paper today saying that if we throw any more money at Anglo the prople will riot in the streets! Why doesn't this man and his party start the riot? why is he sitting back and waiting for the people to start? and get arrested? Does he think that he can then ride in on his Fine Gael horse and claim victory for the people? Some one should kick this Langer up the hole. By the way D-Toxic Loanz have a new song up on U-tube called Perestrioka and you and Bongo are featured.

Anglo Irish Bank has premises as a bank in AUSTRIA.Here bank accounts are numbered(historical reasons),but of course a lot of these accounts are of the "right sort"held by the right sort.Could,just possibly,could the billions of Euros being thrown at Anglo be propping up "the right sort"?The pain being inflicted on the Irish people would suggest that a lot of the "right sort"of people were destroyed in the 2008-2009 years and are unwilling to go quietly.

Appreciate - The Irish elite have an extraordinary way of viewing Taxation.
It is OK for the citizenry at large - but not them ,They will go to extreme lengths to avoid paying it. The bigger &^ more bizarre the scam - the more they love it. Especially numbered Accounts in exotic places around the world.
I am certain many of the ' Irish good & mighty ' have numbered Accounts
in this Bank. Wonder will private MSM do an in depth article ?. Thanks. jb.

Yesterday the Guardian said UK banks are exposed to one 5th of Greece's total debt!!!!
Presumably, the ROI must also be exposed to a certain extent.

We owe around 200 Billion to German Banks , 160 Billion to British Banks - I understand the number is 8 Billion to the Greek Banks.
Not certain what our exposure to them is.

What your subscribers and other like minded people have known for a long time is getting more press as the ABC article illustrates. Over a year has gone by since our global financial system nearly collapsed and the chicanery that caused it is getting worse for, the reasons you mentioned. Your advice yesterday is validated by this story, things will become very local and basic in the not to distant future.

Appreciate the comments ; Just like you say - I think ordinary people see through the Banks behaviour. & I think many are truly pissed off with the antics of our so called political leaders dealing with these banks , the bailouts & the huge bonuses etc. We are certainly headed towards a huge crisis - how it will play out will test everyones resolve.
