Cinematic Flaneur Submission for BCT

The final edited version of our cinematic apparatus that uniquely records video in a spinning orientation.
Threshold filter was applied to add a grungy aspect to the film so it fulfills my interpretation of a "flaneur" which is an idler, who was of gentlemanly regard in the Industrial age.. often perusing the 'red light' districts at night.
The intense blacks add obscurity and keeps the flaneur incognito, while offering a small viewport into the world he sees. This replicated dark nights which were the common 'haunting' times for the flaneur.
