Mr. Kwak Nohyun, Superintendent of Seoul Education Office to be A scapegoat for the Korean Big Election.

Park, Myong Gi, the professor of Seoul National University of Education never admitted reward regarding "Liberal Candidate Unification of last year" from Kwak Nohyun, Seoul educational Superintendent " but " the Korean Press who received biased investigation information from the Korean Prosecution Office distorted his true statement" he said.

Mr. Superintendent of Seoul Education Office, Kwak Nohyun was put into snare by the conservative government of Lee Myoung Bak as A scapegoat for Korean big election such as Seoul Mayor, National election of the Assemblymen and the presidential Election. Park Myong Gi, One of Kwak's rival proclaimed "the Superintendent Unity for the liberal or progressive side aiming at Education Innovation and healthy free school lunch programs".

But Mr. Kwak provided good will money to Mr. Park, Prof.of Seoul National University of Education" after election when Mr. Park asked for urgent help to pay back his debt during the campaign. Mr Kwak was willing to help him in spite of eye of Korean conservative government because he did not give the money to Mr. Park as reword of his candidacy withdrawal. However the ㅏㅐㄱ prosecution office ordered by the Korean government and the Korean Press controlled by the Korea Communications Commission distorted his bona fides. A member of the National Assembly insisted that writ evaluation by the court could severely biased with the press distortion towards Mr. Kwak. That's why we fight for his truth.
