So for the first month I plan on changing just my diet and only doing basic stretches and some core exercises (coming later). I want to stress the importance of diet in becoming fit and will implement exercises later on during the 2nd month.

    I am so proud of you how you risked your life just to prove a point!

    I saw Dr. Oz's show today and you are one hell of a trooper, espeically you gained 70lbs in 6 months?! I'm surprised you haven't suffered from pains yet.

    I was watching a local news channel here in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and found they were doing the 30 days McDonalds channel and the interns starting feeling pain after the 5th day.

    I know you're going to lose the weight, so keep it up!! I'll keep checking in!!!

  • I cant believe you got so fat in 6 months--it has taken me 20 years to put on the weight. Do you think it will be hard to lose since I have had it on me longer? Did you get stretch marks? and what do you put on them?
