Wow, a very early edition with same sex couples and ending with the extended theme song - it all looked a bit held together with string and better for it. Still brilliantly funny and entertaining 40 years on - please post more!

@Classictv90s Yes, this is brilliant, too many repeats now of the usual stuff. There's the awful slogan "Go On Laugh Daily" (the worst TV slogan since "Don't just buy it, Argos it"). I would laugh daily, though would need the memory of a goldfish in order to forget the last repeat. Also, I think the PC brigade would've got Lance Percival to sing in a different accent nowadays- it's just an accent, but it's all gone mad recently!

@DRAINPIPE57 Thanks for the kind response. There is another thing that does annoys me about G.O.L.D and that is during the announcements they always say "Created by BBC, chosen G.O.L.D. that is boring and also geeky.
