Buy this item at my online shop http://frankstechhelp.blogspot.com/p/franks-gadget-store.html

Visit my BlogSpot for more info on this video http://frankstechhelp.blogspot.com/2010/03/wacom-cintiq-12wx-review-12.html

In this video I unbox and do an in depth review of the Wacom Cintiq 12WX. There is much to know and so many features to this unit that I had to create a 2 part series.

  • hi, i have intuos4 for now and can't decide if i should get 12wx? the thing is it was a hard time for me drawing here and looking there, i just want to see where and what i draw, does the upgrade worth it or i'd better get used to intuos4?

  • @HaohmaruHL It's important to see what you are drawing while you are doing it so I say yes, get the 12WX or the 21UX model. It makes a big difference to be able to see what you are drawing!

  • you said it comes with photoshop elements did you mean it actually comes with the software or some options for the custom keys ?

  • @CoreyTheWolfTWC Yes, it came with the actual software.

  • @sannyf2000

    :)

  • @PhoneticStimulation was wathing reviews on amazon and noticed some meantione that, thoe i wonder is it still worth the hefty pricetag?

  • Ive been using the cintiq 12wx for over half a year now, everything works great except 2 things. The screen brightness seems to be off, when you go into the dark values, things may look more black then they accualy are, wich means its important to see how it looks on your main moniter as well. And another annoying thing is that when you get neer the edges of the screen, it seems to push your cursor away from the edge, so your cursor isnt where your pointing anymore neer the edges.

  • @Artspirational Okay :) thanks for the help, I'll probably get one when i=I'm at university, then. Thanks for the help :D

  • Is this one need to be used along with a macbook? or any laptops will do? or should i say, can u use it with out any computer?

  • its my dream!!! I need to work hard for me to be able to buy it... owww! >:((

  • aww i want one so bad. too bad im broke:(

  • @LegolasManowarMJ Bamboo is the entry level tablet. Just upgrading to a Medium size or larger Intuos4 (or 3) will have a drastic improvement on your tablet experience. I will admit there's nothing like working directly on the screen, but there are times where a tablet has it's advantages like allowing you to paint/draw without your own hand getting in the way. Since the Cintiq 12wx can operate as both you really don't lose. Except for the fact you have to unhook a monitor

  • @Artspirational That's the thing, I already have a Bamboo, but it's not the same like working directly on-screen.

  • @Artspirational thanks!
