Kevin Wikse of www.heroicevolution.com shows some of his methods for using "light" clubs for various leveraging and "changing hands" sets that build a VERY strong grip and loosen and play into rehabilitation(at least from my personal experiences, proceed with caution and a doctors permission ONLY) , forearms, shoulders and elbows. Unlike the "fancy" or "Indian" style swinging there aren't a lot of complex patterns to learn, just structural reinforcements and body realignments. I enjoy fancy style swinging a lot and use it daily to warm up and or to cool down and work the kinks out from a hard day of lifting or working, this is just a different component to be used in conjunction with your club swinging and health building practices.
