My father in law and my mother in law again make traditional Japanese buckwheat soba noodels in his kitchen in Shizuoka, Japan, and we again enjoy them.

I noticed a pack of soba noodles at the grocery store is like five bucks (no kidding!) - at least the kind that's only buckwheat flour and water and nothing else. So I bought buckwheat flour and seached Youtube for "How to make soba noodles" and came across your charming video. Thanks for posting this.
