  • You hear glutamine is what?...

Who are you hearing that from?

And why are you listening? That's a pretty ridiculous comment.

  • Speaking of not wasting your money...

instead of buying "N.O. Explode" for $40-$60, get yourself some straight L-Arginine for $8 at Walmart.

Or.. you can get ripped off for the red labeled jar like someone on this board does :-P

Nothin wrong w/ Body Fortress creatine or arginine. As far as HydroWhey (way overpriced -- I'd opt for BNRG's Proto Whey -- 100% whey protein hydrolysate.

  • what about glutamine?

  • Sound supplement. Body Fortress makes a great product (yes, sold at Walmart -- that's NOT a bad thing, lol).

    300grams - $9.99

  • I would have to disagree. I stack as well, but I also use ultra vita man from puritans pride and it is great.

  • A mulivitamin is not part of a strength-enhancing stack. But it's good you take vitamins and mineral supplements.

  • I been working out hard for about a year....started at 320 and now im 240......i use the same stack pretty much....creatine from gnc same brand, bodyfortress from walmart...and n.o explode......started bench at 180 now at 300.....just because its cheaper doesnt mean it doent work

  • @StrengthAddicts glutamine is useful, but a waste of money because it's in your food. sure it's "faster absorbing" but that doesn't mean shit. at all.

  • I have a tub of Body Fortress creatine and have used their glutamine as well. Thumbs up! Their whey protein is super gritty, though. Prefer a zero carb by Isolyze or IsoPure - both pretty expensive but I hate that grit at the bottom of a shaker cup. Great review!

  • @TNT905 yo I tried Kre-Alkalyn, a whole bottle, and got pretty mixed results. Honestly, I don't think it does what it is supposed to do, in a nutshell. STick with regular Creatine Mono b/c it's been tested and proven to work. It is true you don't get bloated with Kre Alk, but the strength gains are minimal. just my two cents

  • Do you take the beta alanine and creatine together or you space them apart? If you space them apart how long in between?

  • No doubt this stack works. Body Fortress Chocolate flavored Whey Protein tastes like Slim Fast. Also for those who take ZMA before bed, buy 300 pills of Melatonin(contains 10mg B6), 150 capsules of Nature Made 400mg Magnesium and 300 pills of Vitamin Shoppe 50mg zinc for combined price $30 instead of spending the same amount for 2 months supply of ZMA.

  • Glutamine just makes me piss alot......

    BETA ALANINE IS AWESOME!

  • @StrengthAddicts lol walmart haha its true hey man you should try that insanity workout by shaun t it looks hardcore imagine with your stack can you say DAAAAMMMMNNN lol good vid man thanks for the advice i hit my plateau :( but hopefully il get passed it

  • Hey man i like you're videos and the positive things u mention about the products. I use bodyfortress myelf and cant see myself using anything else. But i had a question about the Beta Alanine. I keep hearing good things about it and this vid has offically made me want to pick some up. My question is would this stuff effect my body in anyway? I'm looking for something else to take for my pre-workout stack. I seem to shit out the whey protein because my metabolism is so fast.

  • Body Fortress is way better than other Big Products!
