I think all these "Christmas 1986" ads are actually from Christmas 1985 - certainly this break in particular is from Friday 13th December 1985, when Anglia showed 'Wrong Arm of the Law', the 'Choices of the Heart' album charted in December 1985 and the albums I can recognise in the Woolworths ad (Elton John, Spandau Ballet, Aled Jones) were released for Christmas 1985.
