@westhamboy95 the WTF is both an organisation and a type of tkd,same with chois Itf,patterns are completely different,different focus,basics are different and sparring is entirely different.I got a black belt in 3 yrs and could have been quicker,thats a joke ,had I not lost faith in the art id be a 7th dan now,id have no doubt achieved that if I kissed enough ass but I wouldnt and couldnt do that to seniors that were physically useless and terrible coaches.

@scarred10 i know WTF isnt a martial art taekwondo is the art and WTF uf the governing body thats like saying FIFA is a sport. taewkondo grades easy to get? supose you must be some next 20th degree then

@westhamboy95 wtf isnt a martial art its practised as a sport the vast majority of the time.The reasn its so popular is that its so easy to get grades in and is fun ,not because its worth a fuck which it isnt

@westhamboy95 itf is light contact according to the rules but often full in practise depending on the ref and its the use of the hands that make it more realistic(its still poor by the way).I agree that no more martial arts will be allowed in the games but wtf should be thrown out its that pathetic.I watched the fight,very high standard of kicking but thoroughly ineffective in terms of combat.
