Secret Service motorcades during The United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) last year. Secret Service at work. Motorcade congestion - gridlock alert days. Iraq was returning from The UN while Afghanistan was starting its departure to The UN. Secret Service ordered a full pedestrian and traffic freeze. You can hear command's radio in the background and the helicopters flying overhead. FDNY was on stand-by within the perimeter.
