You must get a bunch of exercise doing multiple backflip combos. But can you tell me is there any way to protect myself from getting severely hurt if anything goes wrong? Like while im doing the backflip, is there any way I can keep from hurting myself if I fall ontop of my head, neck or face?

Good job!! try to be faster with your rotation now! it means, don't leave down your legs after you jump but bring them with you a little bit ;)

Alessio here is my backflip (in reply) Poor quality because I recorded the phone, but we can see a backflip. Please help you to my backflip. Could you describe in detail what I am doing wrong?

sure!! you already know that you go backwards too much. But you're also not fulfilling your jumping phase and your legs are too far from your body at the time you want to tuck! Be sure next times you jump and you already bring your legs towards your body and don't leave them down... if you do that then you need a lot of time and energy to bring them next to your body and it would be just a time waste ;)

Hi Alessio. When trying to make a backflip on a hard surface is very fast moving. Do not I fly in the top just a little bit up and puts my body parallel to the ground. Can you help me? I'm doing backflip on his feet, but does not spread at all in August (lands crouched).My problem lies in breaking. Could you describe me how to stand out to fly in the Top without turning parallel to the ground?

hi as far as i understood you go backwards instead of going up! that's fear problem... try backflips on trampoline if you have a chance to find one and try just to go up!! the problem is that you want to arrive and be safe after your exercise so that's why you rip the movement... work on it ;)
