  • Did a diet guru really just skip over the vegetable section cause there's no room in the cart from all the processed food she got before? Are you kidding me?

  • Those poor flowers are probably trashed under all those products!

  • @fernandofariajunior that was hilarious! Skip all the omega 3 fats and load up on carbs, salt, and sugar. Put that salmon away!

  • "my husband"??????

  • @wishpackers With this program it's not that necessary... veggies have zero fat so she didn't bother.

  • Who gives a crap if she skipped the healthy stuff, we all know it is healthy. Duh.

  • CHECK THE LABELS, CHECK THE LABELS!! dance dance. 2 funny!

  • Canned fruit and jellies have high sugar content. Why she ignored the labels on those two items is beyond me.

  • Non-fat cheese is gross. You need the fat for taste and texture. I keep my weight down by enjoying full or low fat foods in moderations, rather than eating processed non-fat foods that contain chemicals, after-tastes, and all sorts of nastiness.

  • @fernandofariajunior Agreed. All that yammering she did on low fat foods, and yet she skips the healthiest part of the grocery store.

  • I'm wondering... ok, all the fat (or most of it )is removed) but isn't it substitued with something else? I heard that salt, carbs and/or sugar will be "processed" to replace the fat no? Which is better...???
