Not only did he just lead Dallas back from a deficit in the 2nd half 3 days ago, he also did it against Philly, Kansas City, and Washington all in 2009, Detroit, Green Bay and Philly the first time in 2008, this game against Buffalo, Detroit, and New York in 2007, and Carolina and Indianapolis in 2006. Including the come from behind victory against the 49ers this past Sunday, that is 12 comeback victories for Tony. Try again.

@cyberbink No sir..I went 4 years back because, this is when this video happened. I could just go back to this summer when he was the one who organized ALL of the Cowboys workouts and OTAs that they had. I'll also point out that the Cowboys had atleast 40-45 guys at each of those OTAs and workouts. That's great considering that teams carry a 53 man roster.

For all of the people who says that Romo doesn't have leadership quality, all you have to do is go back to this particular game. The man threw 6 interceptions, was down 21-3 and yet, he still found a way to dig deep and LEAD his team back for a last second victory. Most QBs would've tucked their tails between their legs and headed for the hills. He didn't! He kept his composure on Monday Night, and did his thing. The Cowboys have a fantastic QB, whether people like it or not.
