  • ugh my thermometer is too slow and my doubleboiler heats up way too fast on the lowest setting. :(

  • I like this! I used the mothod and the chocolate turned out all creamy and silky.....And when it cooled down it has a great snap! YAYYYY

  • @52carmel well tempering chocolate does take years to master

  • it's easy how it looks but when I tried it it was totally hard.....very hard
