Who has Madoff 50.0 Billion?

Bernard Madoff had indicated to two of his senior employees that he had been "paying returns to certain investors out of the principal received from other, different investors" for years. He estimated that losses from the fraud were at least $50.0 billion. The real game is to figure out what third parties have Madoff cash.

Bernie Madoff is hiding the money in secret bank accounts in China or Taiwan. and he will get away with it. Also Bernie will get Bailout money when he gets freed.

Mike Arroyo not only bribed banks from China, USA, Philippines, Taiwan and Hong Kong and ripped of Filipino Tax payers. He sends his henchmen to commit Ponzi Schemes in other Countries.
