Lost Saga Ladder - You can cheat?

During a ladder match, I came across this loser. He used screen shots to create a form of lag, and he would teleport right through my attacks, effectively making him combo proof. This is also the report I'm sending into OGP. Also, if you're going to complain about my running, have you seen this guys screen shots? Seriously, it was the only way i could get anything off on this cheater. Please, no hate mail (against me of course. Hate on him all you want).

Sorry for the lag in the video, I honestly don't know why it is lagging. Did not look like this on my screen, only in the video capture.

@BrainOptimax Depends on where you live. I live in Colorado, somewhat close to California. Also, I run an alienware laptop with top of the line internet. Try lowering the settings if you still can't, should help.

u know what , order and legion are the same , I'm from indonesia LS player , i thought that order and legion are the same , if legion is lag , it's fine , that's no problem , and order too . i'm legion and have the same problem with wiseimmorto , but i think that's alright , it's no problem for me , coz play LS is "Just For Fun" <<< for me ...
