I was shooting some video at Kansas City's Power & Light District when I witnessed this guy getting thrown out for wearing a white T-Shirt. The guy was just hanging out, not causing any trouble when security surrounded him.

@2011elun Oh that goes for white people too. I was asked by security to leave because I was wearing a Ecko hoodie. I forgot to mention above , they don't allow logos either.

@ADCBI See, that's the exact mentality this society wants you to have. You're looking for the arcahic, pre-civil rights form of racism which is more overt and intense. This dress code represents a lucid form of systematic racism which presents a ton of gray area and as a result, makes Blacks appear delusional and that they're playing the proverbial race card. These officers that you see, no matter the race, are put in place to only enforce the rules. They didn't create them. Wake up.

They have a dress code folks. Grow up and deal with it.
Yes, look at the dress code. Who they trying to keep out? Punks, gangsters, thugs, etc. Of course you have the right to dress like a gangsta-thug. You just can't do it at P&LD.
It's not targeting blacks; it's targeting gangsters. (You may infer whatever correlation you wish.)
A friend of mine - a white guy - was turned away at the door because his jeans were too low. Wait - maybe they're targeting short, white guys!! *grrr*

Google: Ordinance #090108
Read section 27.F and section 27.H and tell me if this is legal.
Same thing happened to me, only I had a big scene and things got really ugly

@KingmanIII If that is true, then yes, that's absolutely wrong. But I doubt that they are only targeting black people.
