@ADCBI See, that's the exact mentality this society wants you to have. You're looking for the arcahic, pre-civil rights form of racism which is more overt and intense. This dress code represents a lucid form of systematic racism which presents a ton of gray area and as a result, makes Blacks appear delusional and that they're playing the proverbial race card. These officers that you see, no matter the race, are put in place to only enforce the rules. They didn't create them. Wake up.

Yes, look at the dress code. Who they trying to keep out? Punks, gangsters, thugs, etc. Of course you have the right to dress like a gangsta-thug. You just can't do it at P&LD.
It's not targeting blacks; it's targeting gangsters. (You may infer whatever correlation you wish.)
A friend of mine - a white guy - was turned away at the door because his jeans were too low. Wait - maybe they're targeting short, white guys!! *grrr*
