Who the fuck cares if he killed anyone? I envision killing people in my head all day long because how much they frustrate me with their passive ignorant behavior.

ya'll should read R.D. Laing's book The Divided Self. it explains schizophrenia very well.

i think bateman has hallucinated the killings. in the beginning of the movie he makes psychotic statements. he acknowledges his separation from the world, his separation of real (inner) and (external) fake self. the film then shows us this separation, as experienced from the psychotic POV. you can also see his personality structure collide when his secratery expresses her love to him in an indirect way.

And with that...Bateman enters the deepest...and final...level of hell...

I can see why Nolan chose him to be his Batman. You can actually HEAR the "darkness" in his voice.

personality disorders of the axis such as, narcisscissitic ,histrionic, borderline, antisocial(sociopath not social anxiety)are toxic and some of the worst pathological human?personalities? in my opinion.- they enjoy assessing and targeting vulnerable people and are not capable of any human remorse, its hard to put a percentage on the # of them society they are very good at xternalizing blame and using it to justify and put their ego in a better light, -toxic and doctors dont like treating them

My pain is constant and sharp, i dont hope for a better world for anyone. i want my pain to be inflicted on others. I want no one to escape. But even after admitting this there is no catharsis, my punishment continues to elude me and i gain no deeper knowledge of myself. No new knowledge can be extracted from my telling.. This confession has meant nothing.....
