What is the Value of One Child Learning to Swim? Take a look at OJR's first Home Swim Meet in their Renovated Pool in Chester County. AMAZINGLY, in Chester County the Richest County in PA, this is one of two public School District Pools, that was almost shut down. Take a look, at all the kids in the Community, that participate in this program, that is 100% VOLUNTEER and Parent Run....www.ojrswimanddive.com
