With both GPU and CPU full load , it takes only 65W from Wattage meter

Nope , as I tested with H67 board , it doesn't have overclock option

I hate to say , as a AMD fanboy , Intel did a good job with Sandy Bridge (great job)
This Celeron G530 is dirt cheap , run cool and handle simple game, I tried it with AOE3 and it works okay (playable) , it can handle a bit Company of Heros , but not Dawn of War II.

I really appreciate your test, but I only partially understand the practical implications of your benchmark numbers... Certainly you have the CPU at full load (on windows 32 bit??), but did you try using the GPU overclock features advertised for the H61 chipset (GPU not CPU), or is the iGPU clock locked? Thanks for helping a new learner! :)

@evshrug
The board BIOS don't have iGPU Overclock feature , I couldn't overclock the iGPU. For the CPU it's pretty pointless to OC as only do 101...

How is box cooler installed, using catches or screws?
I mean is it like LGA 775 where you needed to screw on the cooler to the motherboard or like AM3 where you need to catch both catches?

@siralerd
It's the same type of heatsink (push-pin) cooler as LGA775
