Time after time after time, Alex O'Hirn keeps going to jail because Spidey keeps catching him. Because of that, he can't pay taxes, bills, and such. So, he decides to get a real job at OSCORP. In his application, he says that he will do anything to be hired. So, OSCORP takes Alex in as a experiment tester (Alex doesn't know this). On the first day, Alexx breaks out to get revenge on Spiderman for all the times he put Alex in jail. So, with the newly acquired Rhino suit, he does so. And an epic battle takes place!
