The difference between a low coast airline in europe to an airline in asia is that you still on an asian carrier are treated with superb service and respect ahiel on a european airline they treat you like dirt from start to finish. Air Asia, Bangkok Airways, Nok Air has better service and safety than many non low coast airlines in europe. I fly with Bangkok Airways two times a week and get something to eat and drink for free no matter how short the flight is.

And now you won't be seeing AirAsia X at Gatwick at all, let alone Stansted. They are quitting Europe

@tiadaid Thank you for watching my #AirAsia X Video at London Stansted. I too had read that they will be leaving Europe. They lasted a good while at Stansted before their move to Gatwick. By a number of accounts it was quite a coup for Gatwick to get Air Asia X, but clearly the economics were little improved to sustain operations.
