Your exercise technique is terrible.. correct your technique right now or be laid up for months and months. and remember that when it comes to injuries, prevention is better than cure my friend.

If you get some 45 pound plates and use them as a small platform to stand on, it works like a super deep hack squat. I love the trap bar!
